The Darkest Lie By: Gena Showalter

The Darkest Lie (Lords of the Underworld, #6)The Darkest Lie by Gena Showalter
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Book 6!!!

So end of book 5 Aeron knows he has to save Legion and this is where this book picks up. Part of the Lords are heading to Hell some are working on the keys to finding the box.

Gideon is the holder of Lies, he can tell when someone is telling a lie no matter what, till he meets Scarlet. Scarlet herself is a holder of one of the demon lords, or maybe lady, holder of Nightmares.

Gideon can't place it be he knows her, or thinks he should. When she comes out and tells him they were married, he has no memories of this at all.

It's a fight to see what is truth and what is a lie for the couple.

Out of all the books so far, I was thinking this was going to be weak, but in the end it really was great. My top 3 fav ladies of the world have to be Gwen, Scarlet and Anya.

Welcome to book 5 of the Lords of the Underworld series.

Aeron has been a through a lot, not only is he the holder of Wrath, he had to tried to kill one of his best friends woman to being so close to hell he came back with a friend. When a angel falls into his life he is unsure of what to do next.

Olivia has been watching over Aeron for sometime and when he breaks a heavenly law she is sent to take his head but can she do it? From what she has seen, yes he may have broken the law, but unknowingly and with everything else he has done he shouldn't have to die for just one thing. The longer she waits the more she see, the more she see the more she can't help longing for him. When she most make up her mind she falls... right into his lap.

This books beings a lot of the angel lore into the series.

Over all, Gena knows what she is doing when it comes to the twists in her stories.

The Darkest Angel By: Gena Showalter

Heart of Darkness (Includes: Lords of the Underworld, #4.5)Heart of Darkness by Gena Showalter
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

So this is the another short story from the LOTW series. This takes place between book 4 and 5.

Title The Darkest Angel and can be found in "Heart of Darkness"

So we meet Bianka in book 4 of the Lord of the Underworld. She is one of Gwen's sisters and also a Harpy. When she is "kidnapped" by Lysander an Angel Commander and demon assassin who finds Bianka's beautiful deadly and that she needs a lesson in goodness. What Lysander did see coming was what Bianka may teach him.

Very cutie story that leads nicely into the 5th book.

The Darkest Whisper By: Gena Showalter

The Darkest Whisper (Lords of the Underworld, #4)The Darkest Whisper by Gena Showalter
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

So we are on to the 4th book of Lords of the Underworld!

So far out of all the female characters I have liked Anya the best, that is till I meet Gwen.

Gwen is a woman who wants to live outside of her dark side but that is not always easy. Being a Harpy can be hard, it also does't help that no one fears her like people fear her sisters. Being the youngest doesn't help too. When she is freed from the hunters she only has one thing on her mind. The man that saved her.

Sabin the holder of Doubt can't seems to keep his eyes for of Gwen. There was something about her. Something that pulls him to her. What he doesn't understand is why Doubt attack she the most. Is she weak?

When Gwen's sisters show up, it is up to Gwen to find her footing with Sabin. Maybe a little training from him would help her control her Harpy.

Over all, this book beings in a whole new side to the series. I don't want to get into it too much you'll just have to read it!!

P.S. The sisters are also awesome!
